Interviews contain faces, voices and personal histories. These are the commitments we build Tulifo around.
Consent, versioned
Consent is a first-class record in our system. Each candidate’s agreement is stored with the version they agreed to, and profiles are shared only with consent.
Session integrity
Identity match, live camera, faces in frame, editor input and window focus are checked during the interview and kept with the report for audit.
A person makes the call
Tulifo scores and explains. Hiring decisions are made by the employer’s team, never by the model alone.
Certification
We are working toward ISO 27001 first, followed by SOC 2 Type II.
Our own model
Our models are trained and served in-house, which gives us control over how interview data is handled.
